Tylilo, LLC has acquired past due debts from Vanguard Research & Title Services, Inc. (formerly 24-Hour Record Retriever and Abstract, Inc.) and Empire Research, LLC.

Tylilo, LLC will examine proof(s) of prior payment within a 30-day period starting from the date of the original Tylilo invoice. If no proof of payment is provided within this timeframe, the value of the invoice will remain unchanged, and an additional compounded 3% past due charge will be added each month that a balance remains unpaid.

Additionally, some invoices that have been assigned are for guaranteed abstracts of title. It is important to note that if payment is not made for a guaranteed abstract of title, the associated guarantee will become invalid. This means that the validity of each abstract of title shown will also be rendered invalid until payment is received.

Neither Vanguard Research & Title Services, Inc. nor Tylilo, LLC possesses any abstracts which may appear on the attached invoices. Returning an abstract to either of these entities does not affect the debt assigned to Tylilo, LLC. See Index of Uninsured Abstracts of Title for more information.

Unpaid invoices exceeding a period of 90 days may be subject to referral to a collection agency and credit reporting agencies.

The Certificate Sheet of each guaranteed Abstract of Title listed states: "A New York corporation, for a valuable consideration to it paid, GUARANTEES to the record owners of an interest in or a specific lien upon the premises..." or includes similar language.

If payment is not made for a guaranteed Abstract of Title, the guarantee remains invalid. As a result, the validity of each Abstract of Title displayed below is also rendered invalid until payment is received.
